I lost my 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited during the recent flooding in Detroit. I visited several dearlerships to replace my vechicle. My experience with those dealership was fair. They were unable to find a similar vechicle or fair financing. I left a message at several dealerships looking for the car. The next day, Mr. Woods call with the exact vechicle and better financing. He was very knowledgable and helpful. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have had. I would refer my family and friends to Mr. Woods. I am plannning on purchasing a 2014 Dodge Durango within the next 30 days. I will be using Mr. Woods for this purchase. More

Lack of customer service My family recently obtained four new vehicles from this dealer. On the last one we didn't get a title upon doing some research, it was found the deal My family recently obtained four new vehicles from this dealer. On the last one we didn't get a title upon doing some research, it was found the dealer made a mistake and had it sent to the lease division of the Chrysler Capital (we purchased the vehicle not a lease). We have been trying to get that corrected with no results. After the first call to our sales person he no longer returns our calls, we have left him a couple of voice mails. The last message I left was that Chrysler Capital confirmed it was the dealerships mistake and they had to correct it. Michigan SOS confirmed the papers they were sent reflected the title to be sent to the LEIN holder. We did get our other titles sent to our residence. If this is what they call customer service, we will not be doing any further business with them. More
