We originally were dealing with Chris in the service dept., needed some work done on our old Dodge Durango. My husband was so impressed with the way he was treated by the service dept., we brought my J dept., needed some work done on our old Dodge Durango. When we returned to pick up the Jeep, we just stopped to "look around" as my husbands 2000 Durango, although still going strong, was starting to be "all used up." We met Jacob (Jake) Williamson and the rest as they say is history. We ended up driving off in a 2011 Dodge Ram. Jake was not the least bit pushy, just very informative and helpful. Got us a great vehicle at a great price with a payment we could afford. We only buy about one new car every 5 years, Jake was aware of that due to our conversation with him, but he treated us like we bought a new car every year. It may be another couple of years before we are ready to buy again, but we will definately be going back to see Jake. More
