I was only halfway to accepting that I needed to buy a new car, preowned, because I wanted nothing to do with a new car payment and the credit vetting process. Jake made all the difference in the world when it was time to acquire a new vehicle this time around. I had a lot of different options to go through and I didn't know where to start. So much so that he suggested I go with the Limited Jeep Wrangler over the Sahara even though it was a less expensive model. He thought that it was a better fit for what I was looking for and when it explained why, it made all the sense in the world. He was upfront and honest with pricing and made the entire experience a very pleasant one. So much so that I went back to buy a second vehicle from him 3 months later when my wife's lease was up.
