This is the second vehicle I leased with Samantha Bayk at Suburban Jeep of Farmington Hills. She is incredible. In the many years of purchasing many vehicles, this has been the best and smoothest experience Suburban Jeep of Farmington Hills. She is incredible. In the many years of purchasing many vehicles, this has been the best and smoothest experience. Paul Alfonsi was an incredible manager who closed this deal. Samantha and Paul work wonderful together. I also want to Thank Roger Bacon for assisting in the process, his knowledge of Jeep wranglers is impressive. Roger is also a good guy, I'm glad I got to meet him as well. Myles in finance was a pleasure to deal with - and that is an awesome compliment has it's rare to have a good experience when dealing with paperwork , even if its electronically completed- in the end of the day, its the finance department :) I must go back to Samantha, as I am so very impressed with the way she is as a salesperson. She made the whole experience pleasurable and fun. Samantha went above and beyond for me. I truly would be so happy and content, if for the rest of my life, I only purchased vehicles with her. I have already recommended her to several friends and family and will 100% continue to do so. I also very much appreciated the way Paul Alfosi supported her as her manager in this process. He is great!!! Its not common for me to lease a vehicle over the phone, yet Samantha , Paul and Roger now won the key to my vehicle leasing and purchasing experience- no matter if at the dealership or over the phone.
