Highly recommend! I walked into Suburban Jeep after visiting another dealership that gave me the run around. I met Kory Johnson and explained my frustration and he imme I walked into Suburban Jeep after visiting another dealership that gave me the run around. I met Kory Johnson and explained my frustration and he immediately helped me. He wrote down what Jeep features I wanted, my budget and went to the sales manager, Elliot Caston. Within less then thirty minutes, I was given the figures and was in the process of selecting my car. On delivery, Kory thoroughly explained all the Jeep features, help set up and pair my phone and just recently helped me with a feature that I wanted off and even Jeep customer care couldn’t help me with! I would highly recommend having Kory Johnson help you get your next car! More

Great Customer Service - Saves the Sale! As a returning Suburban Chrysler customer from Ann Arbor, I had high expectations on service. I was immediately greeted and assigned to a sales consul As a returning Suburban Chrysler customer from Ann Arbor, I had high expectations on service. I was immediately greeted and assigned to a sales consultant Ms. Tamika. Lovely personality and friendly. I am a buyer who knows what I want and provided Tamika ALL the details needed to get me into the perfect vehicle. Unfortunately, our sales consultant became preoccupied with juggling other potential buyers and we were left sitting & waiting w/ our 1yr old for odd lengths of time. Now having time constraints, we tracked Ms. Tamika down to advise we needed to leave but need her to complete the pricing so we could finalize our decision. She committed to having all details before end of business 5pm that Saturday. We never obtained a call or any level of follow-up. How disappointing. I called on Monday 11:30 am to voice my concerns as I still not heard back from Ms. Tamika. I was put in contact with a new sales rep. Mr. Loren Zeidman ... WHOA! What a difference! He was attentive, sharp and ready to get things done!! He completely turned by sour experience into a positive and I walked out of the dealership with all checklist marked to completion!! No question He is surpurb! More

Customer for life I was over miles on my previous lease and started to panic back in May and ended up doing an early lease pull ahead settling for whatever 2018 Dodge R I was over miles on my previous lease and started to panic back in May and ended up doing an early lease pull ahead settling for whatever 2018 Dodge Rams we’re still available on the lot. Needless to say I walked out with a 2018 quad cab and I have always had crew cabs because I have 3 kids. Over the past 2 months I had just felt unsatisfied with my truck, so I reached out to Chrysler and my Dealership salesman Loren Zeidman to express how unhappy I was about my new lease. Loren and his Sales Manager were actually able to work with Ally and get me out of the 2018 Ram and I to a brand new 2019 Dodge Ram Big Horn V8 Hemi. I can’t express how happy and appreciative I was with the service I received from suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Farmington Hills, and I will always lease myself and my wife’s cars through them, as well as refer all friends and family members to them.
