I had a great time buying my vehicle at Suburban until the portion with the finance representative. Teddy Salazar was pushy, arrogant, and would cut me off at the start of every sentence and response. I understand he has to give me the regular package offerings to try and up sell the services, and I respect that. I listened to the entire presentation, about half an hour. I respectfully declined, as I was truly not interested, and I was surprised how pushy Teddy was. I was interrupted, talked over, and made to feel stupid - and I quote "you have to be an idiot not to buy this (package that he was selling). I did not appreciate Teddy, his unprofessional demeanor, and the subtle insults tossed my way. I would think that after Teddy's 25 years at his position he would learn the word no. Hopefully Suburban can gift Teddy a dictionary so he can learn what the word no means, as he clearly didn't after I declined any additional packages that were offered to me. Only when I was ready to walk out and purchase my vehicle elsewhere and had to become visibly stern with Mr. Salazar did he back out of my personal space and stop berating me. The rest of the deal was completed with little to no communication as Teddy knew I was about to leave, he's smart enough to realize that I suppose. Thankfully Loren was a peach and I will still recommend Suburban, with the caveat to steer clear of Teddy Salazar. More

Being a salesperson myself for over 30 years I was done, refuse her offer and went to Southfield Jeep, got the deal done in least than an hour, our new salesperson Jerome Hill told us about the military discount that we were not told about by Tamika at Suburan Jeep, we receive lower payment and price the price also includes coverage for tires, key and windshield. Tamika is a Poor salesperson. Advise anyone looking to buy new don’t use Tamika she don’t have a clue what she’s doing. More
