Excellent service I was returning a lease and was in need of another car. My husband had just passed away, he always took care of this and so I was having my first time I was returning a lease and was in need of another car. My husband had just passed away, he always took care of this and so I was having my first time car lease experience. My daughter and son in law had just leased a car from Loren with excellent result and they spoke so highly of him and his helpful and excellent service to them. I immediately called Loren, explained my budget and he researched for me, called me back and informed me of the Compass, same car my daughter is now leasing. The pricing worked for me and Loren was very instrumental in securing financing for me, of which I am so grateful!! Loren called me later that evening with my approval, and I was able to sleep peacefully that night. A big load off my back. On Saturday morning, Loren called to let me know my car was now in the dealership. I was thrilled and so appreciative of all of Loren's help to make this possible for me. As a very recent widow, this was the first major decision I made on my own, a hard one at that.
