11/15/22 - I have been going to this dealership for a year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was mos year now. This morning, I had some various repairs done on my car. DEE FIELDS, Express Service Advisor, could NOT have been more helpful. She was most friendly, knowledgeable, just overall excellent and is a credit to this organization....and got my work done surprisingly quickly. Kudos also to Eric, who worked on my car. Add to that, this dealership is a very friendly and enjoyable place in which to wait for your repairs to be completed. I wouldn't think of going to another dealership. Took my car there for service and they said it would be minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that minimum of 2 days even before looking at what problem it might be. In all years of taking vehicles in shop never have I had a dealership tell me that. Always had answer of the problem to fix within 6 hours at other dealers. Then I was told if they don’t have part I can come get car and bring back when part is in. Hmmm wonder will that take 2 days to get them to put new part in? Looking of new dealership with faster responds time cuz really who can be without car for that long? Any suggestions for different dealership what be great. More

I purchased my 2015 Jeep Patriot back in 2014 from Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Farmington Hills. I have also referred my relatives and friends to this dealership. Very disappointed about service.Asked to fix a hood Very disappointed about service. Asked to fix a hood (corrosion covered by a warranty) on my Chrysler. Due to some queue in a bodyshop Suburban mana Very disappointed about service. Asked to fix a hood (corrosion covered by a warranty) on my Chrysler. Due to some queue in a bodyshop Suburban manager told me that he will call me back in 2 month, nobody called me back. Visited Suburban service one more time, had a discussion with Patty. Long story short, she officially advised me to get my hood fixed somewhere else. I don't think that this is an official way Suburban doing their business, but after couple visits, I can't recommend their service. More

Not the greatest customer service here. Brought my car in to get checked out for a few problems. Salesman was not very friendly. Upon picking up my car, they didn't even pull it up for me. They sent me to th to get checked out for a few problems. Salesman was not very friendly. Upon picking up my car, they didn't even pull it up for me. They sent me to the lot to go get it! Who does that? I had to search the lot for a bunch of cars that looked exactly like mine! I never in my lifetime have I witnessed such poor customer service and unfriendly service people. Also, many of the service men had masks on under their chins! Hello....do they not know the proper way to wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic? Would not return to this service department. More
