The process was slow and seemed as if our sales person did not know what he was doing. Once we got the ok the loan was approved they made us wait hours to even know what we were approved for and all the d did not know what he was doing. We got there at 2pm and did not leave the dealership till 730pm. I was not intending on spending hours there. They only had one guy doing all the finalizing paper work on a saturday. When i bought my jeep they did not have a second key so i had to come back. I was told any day i could come and they would program it. So i went 2 weeks laker because of work and i live 45 mins away from the dealer. I got there and they guy i dealt with in parts was rude and they didnt even have the key. He told me he could have it brought from another dealer which would take an hour to get. So then the guy in service couldnt fit me in and made me reschedule for the following week. I was told the process would take an hour. So the following week im back at the dealer to get my second key. I was there 15mins early and gave service my key and jeep. I was told that they were to busy and could take longer. So my question was why make and appoinment then? I sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs. After sitting 3 hours when told one hour i lost patients went in and asked about my jeep and the guys couldnt find my keys and said that they had forgotten about me and it had been done awhile. I was not pleased with my service and will not reccomened this dealer to anyone or use this dealer in the future. More

John Matoin was extremely friendly, professional and he was honest with me every step of the process. He was not aggressive and I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a car or truck. My particular situation and sale had a few twists and turns and John was understanding and I truly feel he did everything he could to help me. I had not been a customer at this dealership ever before however after dealing with John I will be back. Everyone at the dealer treated me exactly the way a customer should be treated. I feel I got a great deal on a nice vehicle. I also have to say the quality of their used car inventory was well above what you find at most dealers. Thanks for all you did for me!!!! More

We gave this rating because we have a bankruptcy, that is almost complete, and Elliot and John treated us with coutesy and respect. They both went out of their way to help us get a used car. Not only did they have to work with our lawyer because of the things the court requires of a person with bankruptcy, but they held the car while these issues were being resolved. They keep us informed and when everything was complete, they immediately had the car and the paperwork ready. Not only would we recommed Suburban we would recommed Elliot and John. Don walked up to my wife and I as soon as we stopped into the dealership to ask us if we needed help. As an older person, I prefer customer service over price. More important, since my purchase I have contacted him twice and he has been able to address my concerns without incident. I have had the vehicle for about 4 days and I love it. On MOnday I have to take it in to get the On Star operating and Don contaced me to assure me that it isn't anything to worry about. That is customer service and that is why I have already shared Don's business card with friends. More

Buying my first car with Rick was a great experience! He worked hard to set up all the details around my busy work schedule.
