I brought my wifes car in for service. The service advisor was very friendly and helpful. It turned out to be a very painless experience. The repairs cost more than i had anticipated, but it couldn' advisor was very friendly and helpful. It turned out to be a very painless experience. Professionalism at its best! When I walked into Suburban Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy I felt like I walked into a friends house. The staff was very welcoming and easy to work with. I met Ben Heer and I can Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Troy I felt like I walked into a friends house. The staff was very welcoming and easy to work with. I met Ben Heer and I can see why he is the General Manager of the store, very professional and courteous. Ben answered alot of my questions. He then asked one of his sales consultants to take care of me and Tracy was great to work with, she showed me a Nitro, Liberty then the truck I ended up purchasing, 2010 Dodge Ram Sport Quad Cab. When I picked up my truck it was looking great, Tracy showed me how everything worked in the truck, and soon after that I went into financing to sign on the dotted line =). Mike Ivy had all my paperwork ready to go and within 20 minutes I was out the door enjoying my new truck. My reason for reccomending this dealership, is I have always driven chevrolet's my whole life. But recently I puschased the Jeep Liberty Sport. At first I was still not sure I made the right choice.
