Not a great experience. Could not get past there appraisal of trade in. The appraisal of my vehicle was 14,000 or 33 percent less than wholesale blue book. 15000 less then a different dealer offered appraisal of trade in. The appraisal of my vehicle was 14,000 or 33 percent less than wholesale blue book. 15000 less then a different dealer offered. Clearly not a dealer you want to deal with if you need to trade in. Have also notified Chrysler Capital and Selantis marking that there residual values are wrong or the value isn't similar to a Ford or GM. 2019 loaded Longhorn with 22,000 miles they appraised at $32,000. Fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and treat you like you matter. All my cars are from suburban, and I was even able to recently get my mother into a suburban used car too.
