Worst experience ever, old school sales tactics This was hilarious, I got the "let me ask my manager" about 3x's, he tried to steer me towards a specific vehicle that was obviously hard to sell, inc This was hilarious, I got the "let me ask my manager" about 3x's, he tried to steer me towards a specific vehicle that was obviously hard to sell, including valuing my trade-in towards that vehicle price. They were also the lowest offer I had on my trade-in, out of 4 dealers. The salesman had 2 other deals going and I was obviously last on the list. I was left alone 3 different times for more than 10 minutes. All 3 people I interacted with seemed completely disinterested in helping me, almost like I was wasting their time. I actually watched the salesman walk into an empty office to ask "his manager" about a better price, and walk out and give me an answer...Little did he know I had just wandered around the corner and looked into that room... I wanted to see 3 other vehicles, I was told that because they were on a different (but connected) Suburban dealer lot, they couldn't help me, and when I pressed he said they were probably sold already. Even though all cars were on the web site, and on the lot with snow on them. More

Kurt was very thorough and explained and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond. When bringing the car out for a test drive, he already had it warmed up and turned the radio dial to Disney Radio XD to appease my kids. Very nice and genuinely sincere gentleman and attentive to our needs. Would definitely recommend. The dealership in general is spectacular. They had a playroom for kids, a nice waiting area with nice comfy furniture, complimentary coffee and popcorn and all around, a great playroom. More

"Great Experience" We purchased a Jeep Cherokee last month with Steve's help. He is extremely patient and offers his 100% commitment to find the car you looking for. It took only two visits to the dealer and he found my dream car! We were not sure if we were going to find a car that was affordable for us and that also had everything that we needed and were looking for, but thanks to Steve we are driving an amazing vehicle. Good team doing good work Sounds crazy, but I actually "like" bringing my family's vehicles in for service at this dealership. I can't say I "know" anyone over there, but I've dealt with George for all of my service work since the dealership opened and he and the team have been excellent. George does a great job getting back to me if I leave a message, he calls with the important decision topics and leaves out the "can I get you to buy a ______" conversation since the car is here. Additionally, when the team has noticed something during the repair process, he checks things first and if it's covered... he tell you "the tech noticed this, I see it's covered under your extended warranty... so we took care of that while it's in". I'll take that treatment all day every day. More
Worst dealer experience I've ever had Brought truck in for warranty body work. Delt directly with service manager the entire time. After warranty work was approved they failed to order any parts to do the work. After 5 weeks I returned to dealer to see what delay was, service manager still had paperwork but never ordered parts. Once parts were finally ordered they forgot to get them painted. After almost another 3 weeks the parts were finally painted and ready but they failed to notify me for installation. Finally got parts installed, picked up truck, and found orange paint on my front bumper (I have a black truck). So not only did it take over 2 months to do a simple hood replacement someone hit something with my truck too. More

Didn't tell me on my first oil change that I need synthetic oil. Then guy starts to leave me at cadhier, I see a scribble on paper about a nail in my tire. I ask hey what's this? He has no clue. Another guy comes out informing me of a nail and they can't repair. I need to buy one tire $200!!! I was pissed left. Took to my reliable Belle Tire. Nothing wrong at all!!!! I am female, raised by mechanics in my family. I'm not dumb. I will never set foot in this place again! More
