Didn't tell me on my first oil change that I need synthetic oil. Then guy starts to leave me at cadhier, I see a scribble on paper about a nail in my tire. I ask hey what's this? He has no clue. Another guy comes out informing me of a nail and they can't repair. I need to buy one tire $200!!! I was pissed left. Took to my reliable Belle Tire. Nothing wrong at all!!!! I am female, raised by mechanics in my family. I'm not dumb. I will never set foot in this place again! More

Detail from the very start I just relocated to Michigan 4 months ago. I needed a vehicle for the winter. I have purchased a few vehicles in my life. The used vehicle I purchased was actually DETAILED ! It was not just washed, it was detailed ....... amazing. The I was given the details from CARFAX without asking. Then was shown the details of the car inspection and oil change. Superior communication was given by the sales person Steve through the whole process. I will be back to purchase more vehicles More

My 2016 Dodge Hellcat purchased from Suburban CDJR of Troy, I found this car via Autotrader, and called the dealership in Troy, MI. I was lucky to be connected with an exceptional Sales person, Rick Larue. Rick I found this car via Autotrader, and called the dealership in Troy, MI. I was lucky to be connected with an exceptional Sales person, Rick Larue. Rick discussed the price of the car listed on Autotrader and reduced the price even further. I decided to purchase the car from his dealership. Everything from start to finish went VERY smooth, and Rick accommodated my additional requests for ordering a full size spare tire , and tire jack assy. When I flew out to pick up the car it was in pristine condition, freshly detailed, and ready to go, even gassed up! I couldn't have been more pleased with all of the service and expedited paperwork they did in advance of my arrival. BE CAREFUL!!! I have been SCAMMED and completely mistreated by this dealership. I bought a $16,000 2009 Ford Flex with only 45,000 miles and a CLEAN carfax, on July I have been SCAMMED and completely mistreated by this dealership. I bought a $16,000 2009 Ford Flex with only 45,000 miles and a CLEAN carfax, on July 23, 2016 (25 days ago!). By 6am August 9th (beginning of the 16th day) it would not start due to the anti-theft shutting my car down. Now they won't assist me nor return any phone calls to myself, my boyfriend nor the local Ford Dealership fixing my car. They talk about taking care of their customers, they talk about integrity but are willing to screw you with a lemon. They gave me only 1 key to begin with and now I have had to purchase 2 keys (2 keys are required in order to reset the system) due to the original key I was given was defective. I have only been able to drive my "newly purchased" car for 15 days and it's been in the local Ford dealership now for 10 days. No help, no calls & no standing behind their vehicle. They could have been gracious and offered customer service but we have only been met with rudeness from our sales person to the sales manager on the day the car stopped working as we were to leave on our family vacation to Michigan Adventures. Now with calls to Ford Customer service, the BBB, Wells Fargo, a " lemon law" attorney and along with filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office hopefully I will get some assistance soon. Please understand I love this vehicle and spent 3 weeks looking in Michigan, Wisconsin, Indiana & Ohio for a low mileage Ford Flex with a clean carfax and test drove this vehicle twice, this was not a rash decision on my part. More
