They rendered expert assistance to me in determining which was the right vehicle for my needs, to placing the order itself for said vehicle, regularly following up with me about the vehicle's delivery status, in completing the lease agreement upon the vehicles arrival, and ultimately remained attentive and helpful up to the point of my driving away with the vehicle from their lot. Additionally, both Brandon and Glenn have continued to follow up with me over the last couple of months (and without ever being intrusive about it!) whenever new important information surfaced about my leased Jeep or to just ask how I was doing. Case in point, the moment they learned about it themselves, they immediately let me know that my 2016 Overland comes with routine oil changes at no expense to me. Providing me with this information, although being a straightforward enough thing for any decent dealership to have done, was all the more salient in my case as I live in a different state. Without that knowledge I would be left at the mercy of whatever local dealership here in Ohio that I eventually use for this and other service visits to be honest with me about that fact--despite my having acquired the vehicle from an out-of-state dealership.
