Very unhappy with the dealership Our salesman was Chris Campbell which was a very good salesman and tried to be very helpful. The vehicle leased was not as expected in power or gas m Our salesman was Chris Campbell which was a very good salesman and tried to be very helpful. The vehicle leased was not as expected in power or gas millage and was returned to exchange in a little over 24 hr. period. During the transaction of coming up with an exchange which was approved by the manager, Chris Campbell became very frustrated and actually quit the dealership and walked out during the transaction. We then dealt with the manager which was a total waste of time. He wanted to charge only the MSRV price and would not negotiate in anyway at all. No one ever pays the suggested retail value. Left dealership and will never return. The whole deal was a strong arm deal. So, Suburban lost a very good salesman and a customer. That is not the way a good dealership does business. More
