Very kind!! My wife and I visited the showroom and looked like all the sales persons were busy and we did not get any attention. We felt some strangeness and visited again couple days later and asked to receptionist/feeder. Then we realized the system was different than other dealerships. Anyway Jacki was assigned for us and we had great time to see Jeeps. She tried several options we wanted to try, model, color, price range, but she did quickly and professionally. She is an AWESOME sales person and we also enjoyed running in the rain.. ^^ More

AWESOME SERVICE!!! I received the best service at Suburban Chrysler of Troy. I came into the dealership near closing and met Rick Larue. He was very kind and informati I received the best service at Suburban Chrysler of Troy. I came into the dealership near closing and met Rick Larue. He was very kind and informative. He took the time to show me cars and discussing leasing/purchasing options. Rick made sure that I found a car that I was comfortable in. On delivery day, Rick showed me all the features of my vehicle, gave me a tour of the service center, and let me know that if I had any problems or concerns, not to hesitate to come see him. I was also in the capable hands of Brandon Stiltner. Brandon helped with financing and getting me a leasing price that was within my budget. The staff at Suburban was superb! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and will be coming back when it's time for another vehicle!! More

Very good experience! I'm very happy that I was able to get a great deal on a used car right within my budget! Everyone was helpful and friendly.
