Always a good experience. I came here to buy my first new car in 2012 which was a Chrysler 200 Touring and had a great experience all around. So naturally I returned when I was I came here to buy my first new car in 2012 which was a Chrysler 200 Touring and had a great experience all around. So naturally I returned when I was ready to buy my second new car, a 2015 Chrysler 200S. The salesman I worked with the first time is no longer there so I was fortunate to meet and work with Rick LaRue. He really did a great job getting me the best deal possible and made the experience sress free and enjoyable. I also came to this dealership for all my oil changes, tire rotations and the couple repairs I needed to have done because it's always very comfortable, I've always had good experiences with the service department and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone there. I will continue to be a returning customer. More

Couldn't have had a better experience buying a car! I was in the market for a newer used car, and was sent to see Don Smith. I went in, handed him a list of features I wanted in a car, and he worked wit I was in the market for a newer used car, and was sent to see Don Smith. I went in, handed him a list of features I wanted in a car, and he worked with me to find a few options. Now let me say, this is the first time I've ever bought a car (new or used) from a dealer, so I was nervous about getting a run-around or hard sales pitches. I had absolutely none of that with Don. He was very laid back throughout the whole thing, he eased my nerves, and never once pressured me to buy something I didn't really want. He showed me a few different cars and we went on a test drives, and in the end, I found a used 2009 Ford Focus SES that I love. Don was wonderful to work with and he got me a great car. I couldn't be happier! More

New Jeep-er I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able to walk out of there a couple of hours later with a fair trade in price for my old car, manageable monthly payments, a pleasant experience with the employees and MY brand new Trailhawk! Jacki Burke was a tremendous help with this process and even emailed me first thing the next morning that I had forgotten my CD's in my old car and they are on her desk. It's hard to find that kind of consideration these days but it is here. I am very happy with my families' first Jeep purchase! More

Fantastic experience...again! We just leased our second Jeep with Suburban, but more specifically with Rick Larue. We specifically came back to Suburban because of Rick. My wife and I know that when we work with Rick, we will be working with a fair, kind, high character human being and that means more to us than what brand a car is. Car buying can be stressful and difficult but Rick erases all of that and treats us like we are friends and at this point, that is what we have become, because it is important to Rick and we appreciate that.
