New Jeep-er I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able I am overall happy to say that I walked in to the dealership one evening with a faint hope that I'd get the car that I really wanted; however was able to walk out of there a couple of hours later with a fair trade in price for my old car, manageable monthly payments, a pleasant experience with the employees and MY brand new Trailhawk! Jacki Burke was a tremendous help with this process and even emailed me first thing the next morning that I had forgotten my CD's in my old car and they are on her desk. It's hard to find that kind of consideration these days but it is here. I am very happy with my families' first Jeep purchase! More

Fantastic experience...again! We just leased our second Jeep with Suburban, but more specifically with Rick Larue. We specifically came back to Suburban because of Rick. Car buying can be stressful and difficult but Rick erases all of that and treats us like we are friends and at this point, that is what we have become, because it is important to Rick and we appreciate that. Suburban Jeep Wrangler purchase I was referred to Chris Adams from a mutual contact at a Volvo dealership. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle fairly quickly and needed it to be I was referred to Chris Adams from a mutual contact at a Volvo dealership. I was looking to purchase a new vehicle fairly quickly and needed it to be in the Chrysler family based on my employers policy. Chris reacted very quickly with just a phone call to help guide me through different new and used vehicles based on my preferences and budget. I was able to review most the vehicles online before visiting the dealership. The next day I spoke to Chris with 1 hour notice he was able to have 2 vehicles I was considering ready to test drive. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and kept them limited to the budget and key options I requested. I ended up spending half the day at Suburban and purchased a new 4 door Wrangler I am very happy with and excited about driving. The process was very easy and I will definitely call Chris first the next time I buy a vehicle. It was a great experience and I recommend Chris as a salesman and Suburban as a dealership. Bill & Maureen Cousins --Purchase of 2 vehicles 12-16-14 Don Smith was wonderful to work with. We arrived to look at and purchase a Chrysler Town & Country. On the way, we decided to trade in my 2006 Ford Don Smith was wonderful to work with. We arrived to look at and purchase a Chrysler Town & Country. On the way, we decided to trade in my 2006 Ford Escape for my husband's van. I decided to lease a car after the first of the year. Don mentioned that the best time to lease was in December as dealers tried to sell out their inventories, and there were major deals to be had. By the end of the evening, my husband drove away in his new 2012 Town & Country Touring L, and I drove away in my newly leased Chrysler 300S.
