Suburban Ford of Romeo

In my humble opinion, Elder Ford of Romeo engaged in unethical and predatory practices. After negotiating everything, at closing I was informed of a $5000 charge for "paint protection" and a $250 charg unethical and predatory practices. After negotiating everything, at closing I was informed of a $5000 charge for "paint protection" and a $250 charge for Nitrogen filled tires. None of which was requested. After bickering with the finance department, they agreed to reduce this to $2500. Left with no car and no negotiating leverage, I paid the piper. As an aside, I received nothing to confirm any "paint protection" was even applied to the car. If I could give zero stars I would. I would not be surprised if they start adding life insurance as a dealer item. Really made buying a $70,000 car an experience that left me feeling taken advantage of. What a horrible experience.
