When I went it for my next car I was pleased to once again be treated like part of the family Alfonso help me get a brand new f150 for an amazing price let me just say that the f150 beats Chrysler’s ram by a long shot what a beautiful truck and amazing interior and exterior quality the high light has to be the 12 inch screen. As a female buyer this is the only dealership that I’ve ever visited that has treated me fairly. Elder Ford makes me feel so comfortable, they are genuinely happy for you when you buy your car and the trade in prices will definitely surprise you. They are a family owned business and you know it as soon as you walk in the door because the atmosphere is amazing. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE. The salesmen will lie and say their cars have the features you specifically asked for and after you sign the paperwork they will inform you that they never existed. lie and say their cars have the features you specifically asked for and after you sign the paperwork they will inform you that they never existed. When I signed for my used 2018 Ford fusion I was told my car had the safety features I asked for. My salesman, Jerome, told me my car had Fordpass and was able to be started all the way from China. Jerome also told me my car would sense my key fob in my purse after I got groceries or came out of work and would unlock for me automatically. After a month of having the car and constantly researching what was wrong, I brought my car to service and was told those functions never existed for my car. Jerome told me that even though the car only had one fob that it would still work at 100%. Come to find out the car does not work at 100% without the second key fob; I cannot see any factory reset codes or reset multiple features without two fobs present. Another lie from Jerome. I stopped my month long car search at this dealer because I found a beautiful car with amazing miles and it had all of the safety features I wanted. I never would have thought that I would be so blatantly lied to and when I brought it up to the used car manager and the service manager they both refused to own up to their salesman’s mistakes. I was told by both to talk to my salesman who, to this day, has still not responded to my messages. I don’t even want this car anymore. I was told my car would be something entirely different than it actually is and I am crushed as a result. More
