The sales rep was great, the financing department our guy in particular could of used help he kept pressuring to buy a warranty after telling him no. He kept pushing. We leased a vehicle for Elder Ford and recently return to make a deal for another lease. My wife visited the showroom and met with one of the salespersons. She was very disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm make a deal for another lease. My wife visited the showroom and met with one of the salespersons. The particular model she was looking at was low on inventory and it was blamed of the new dealership that was being built and off site storage. Her only option given to her was a demo “that’s it”. She left the showroom very disappointed with that sale person and with Elder Ford. We are and have been very loyal customers of Ford for well over 20 years.
