Retuned my vehicle letting me know, they found nothing. Happend again. Collett, immediately saw to my transportation needs with a loaner. A week later my vehicle was ready. A detailed inspection could find nothing. Happend again. This visit had results,chafed wire intermittently causing issues. Repaired better then new. Well Done to the mechanics. I was over miles, in a payment way to high and credit that was not so steller BUT on the 3rd visit she got it done! Not because she was selling me a car but she genuinely cared about helping me. My husband and I took the Hyundai Tucson for a test drive to make sure it would be a reliable car for our daughter. We came back Monday night and my daughter took it for a test drive and fell in love. She also took a Jeep Liberty for a text drive as well. We came back Tuesday to do all the paperwork and purchase the Hyundai. Vito was our finance guy. He seemed quite knowledgeable as well. More

Brad noticed a fob and navigation disk was missing (2 things I didn't catch) and had them replaced. This was after the price we agreed upon. For good measure he had the gas tank filled also. Quick, professional, courteous. I brought my 2016 Explorer sport to fix a known issue with the Car. Initially, when discovered, there was no known fix. As soon as it became available, Mike called me and arranged for me to drop off the car and took care of it. the whole experience was fantastic. My wife dropped off the car on Wednesday and I received 2 calls from Mike and Dave ( the service advisor ) by Thursday detailing the whole process and the expected time. We will definitely keep dealing with this dealership, though it is far from our house, as long as you have employees and managers that care and get the job done with a smile.
