I found my dream Jeep... We entered the building and were greeted by the LOVELIEST front desk associate Kasey. She was friendly, excited and made us feel welcome. We came in later in the day (7 PM, THEY'RE OPEN TIL 9 PM SOME DAYS... TALK ABOUT CONVENIENT FOR WORKING PEOPLE!!!) We were immediately helped by Michael B. who was able to answer all of our questions, and get us in to test drive. We were able to drive 2 vehicles and immediately knew I wanted my dream Jeep. Michael was quick, efficient and made the application process painless. We were continuously greeted by many employees and managers and we knew this was the best dealership in Macomb! NEXT DAY(9 AM), I was approved. We scheduled an appointment to come sign and drive my car HOME that same day! Upon finalizing my paper work, with YET AGAIN, another knowledgeable, honest and hands down BEST finance agent I have EVER met Marcus. I was met again by Manager, Brian L. who remembered us from the day before, and had energy through the roof, and made me CONFIDENT in my purchase and decision to chose this dealer. I am leaving the longest review I think I have ever left because I am truly blown away at the level of customer service from all departments of this dealership.
