Can't they tell me early? I was talking to Joanna Cami as late as 4pm. Why should I drive 50 miles one way wasting an hour. We were asked to bring a check for this amount drawn to the great "Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights" and we did take the check. We had to quit work 1 hour early to get the check before the bank closed and we drove all the way another hour to hear this. We drove back another hour to get home. We end up paying a fee for Cashier Check. We took insurance just 15 minutes before AAA closed to the day and took all that was necessary as per the sales person by name Joanna Cami. What a great place for surprise! Don't trust these people. More

Rachel was my salesperson and although she still seemed to be learning she didn't hesitate to say she didn't know something and take the time to research it and provide the right answer. The management and finance staff were pleasant and personable. The selection of vehicles is huge. So huge that they drive you around the lot in a golf cart, which was perfect for me given the fact that I have back and knee issues. They allowed me to take the vehicle to a mechanic to have it checked out before I bought it and fixed the one minor repair needed before I purchased it. I didn't feel forced nor pressured into buying the highest priced vehicle. Based on how my vehicle holds up, I would return and purchase again and recommend them to others. More
