My experience buying my FIRST Ford at the Suburban Ford of Waterford was a great one. Linda Palazzolo was very helpful in getting the truck that i wanted. Linda is a professional and courteous and hard working salesperson. took my truck in for a door repair and paint. recieved it back after 12 days. the paint is spotty, and swirled. the door panel popped off as well as the window handle. more door doesnt lock or shut at all. t back after 12 days. the paint is spotty, and swirled. the door panel popped off as well as the window handle. more door doesnt lock or shut at all. there was styrofoam coffee cups and cig butts in the bed of my truck when i picked it up. it took over an hour for them to find my truck when i picked it up. Updated.... The problems listed above were addressed and all but the door was fixed upon return. The door is scheduled to be repaired. they employees were very polite and handled the situation professionally. More
