Our salesman Ramon Namphy quickly changed all that. He was very low key ,no high pressure and no bait and switch. It was clear from the start that he had just one objective and that was to put us in the car we wanted at the best price. He not only did just that but after the sale took quite a while tutoring us on the various electronic gizzmos that came with the car. We couldn't ask for a better salesman. Our last few vehicles have been purchased from Suburban Ford via Tom Tatu. Tom always goes above and beyond, but this time he made the impossible... possible! After my son was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, we had a rough few months. Upon our return from the University of Michigan hospital, post-bone marrow transplant, our lease was up on our current vehicle. With a large family of six, we really needed more space. After test driving a King Ranch Expedition, my son and I fell in love with it. It was way out of our range, and it was so hard breaking that news to my son after all he had been through; however, Tom worked miracles!! I've never been so happy driving out of a dealership! We are all thrilled, and Tom solidified our commitment to Suburban Ford for life! Thank you, Tom!! More
