Only giving one star because we did not have a great experience at this dealership. We found a car that we really liked and were ready to buy it and that is when they realized that they did not have the experience at this dealership. We found a car that we really liked and were ready to buy it and that is when they realized that they did not have the title of the car in their possession. Our purchase was on hold until they would receive the title from Florida. After 1 week and a half, our salesperson still assured us that he would let us know as soon as he had the title. We waited patiently and checked in daily. We assumed that he put the car on hold for us because we said that we were going to buy it. We never found out when the title arrived but instead received an email from our not-so-great salesperson that one of his colleagues sold the car to another customer and there is nothing he can do. No apology and no effort on his part to get the car back for us. We are not sure why it wasn’t put on hold for us because we were only waiting on the title. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated on how this verbal agreement was handled, the lack of communication and customer care. We will take our business elsewhere and don’t recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Bought a used car that as I drove off the lot smelled of gas inside the car. Brought it back and they said it was nothing. Then found out it burned a quart of oil every 100 miles. Mentuoned it to Suburban H gas inside the car. Brought it back and they said it was nothing. Then found out it burned a quart of oil every 100 miles. Mentuoned it to Suburban Honda and they did nothing. After buying tons of leak stop fluid etc decided to turn it in (after 2 months).Tried to turn it in elsewhere but noone would give me 25% of what I paid for it except Suburban and they only gave us 50% less that two months after buying. So, with no ability to get enough money anywhere else bought a new car from them . My wife goes to get the "free" oil change and they tell her she needs to change the 4 wheel drive oil for over 200$ when the recommended change is 30k to 60k and our vehicle had 15k miles. This dealership is terrible, do not buy anything from them. Awful, awful, did I say awful? More
