We bought our (used) vehicle in Nov 2019. We have had nothing but issues with the vehicle and dealership. However, I can not say the same for this particular dealership. So many issues from communication, employees leaving, misrepresentation of a vehicle, misquoting repairs, the list is endless. I would steer clear of this dealership. The Novi location is a far better experience. This trickles down from the highest management on-site to the service department. More
