Z was great! This will be my 4th consecutive Mazda 3 lease. For this particular one, I dealt with Z from beginning to end. I was pretty clear with my demands, and This will be my 4th consecutive Mazda 3 lease. For this particular one, I dealt with Z from beginning to end. Whole process took less than 2 days of correspondence. The only hiccup is that there was a mutual misunderstanding where it took about 2 hours for the vehicle to be ready on Saturday, but other than that, couldn't be happier. More
