I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anything about buying a car and anyone at the dealership. I walked into the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I spoke with Diane Richmond, who informed me that it in fact was still available. She was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure. Just great, accommodating service. She explained everything and took time to make sure we were comfortable with every step in the process of buying and maintaining our car. Unbelievable! Charles Bass was efficient and clear in his presentation, but he seemed to rush me through the signing process (mine was a cash deal, no financing) due to having another deal waiting, to the point that one form was missed, the Great Lakes Chemical exterior protection form which had to be signed a few days later. More

My last several vehicles have been purchased from Diane Richmond, and she has always done everything possible to look out for my best interests, going above and beyond the basic requirements. She has an excellent knowledge of the vehicles and has always provided guidance, but only in the areas I requested without any pressure to consider something I wasn't interested in. For my latest vehicle just delivered, when she was finding it difficult to locate exactly what I wanted, instead of trying to talk me into something more readily available, she spent the extra time it took to locate the exact vehicle and combination of options I wanted. It's a good example of how she goes the extra distance for her customers. It's one of the many reasons why I keep coming back to this dealership for sales and service. Closing on a new vehicle can be a very frustrating and worrisome experience; however, Diane (Sales) and Charles Biggs (Finance) made it easy and worry-free. At all times, I felt they were sincerely trying to make it the best experience possible and were offering advice to help me make decisions that would provide the best results for me. I've purchased many vehicles, and without a doubt, Diane Richmond is the best salesperson I've ever had, and the Suburban Imports of Farmington Hills dealership sales and service are also the best in those categories. Diane Richmond's efforts in my behalf, knowledge of the product, and skill in making the sales experience an enjoyable one, are the reasons why I will always keep coming back and recommending her to my family and friends. Great car, great deal, fun and painless It's always a pain to go to the dealership to get a new car. Zack made my experience go smooth and painless. He showed us the car, the features and gave us multiple finance options. He was very patient, professional and respectful. The same treatment was received by Melissa (Zack's manager) who is very friendly and energetic, and from Charles. They all made the process so easy that on the day of delivery I was driving a new car after less than 30min. More
