She made sure that the car was pre-serviced before I got there, so I did not need to wait, and even ensured that the optional extras I selected were expedited in the workshop, meaning the car was completed and ready by the time all the paperwork was done. As a bonus, they installed the plate on the car - no extra charge. Even for a fee, other dealers (Chevrolet) did not even offer that service. A very pleasurable experience indeed. WELL DONE! More

Mark Schankowski, the Sales Manager, and Diane Richmond and Sonya Harris, New Car Sales and Leasing Consultants, provided me with an outstanding sales experience. They did everything possible to ensure my needs were met, and provided excellent advice. I couldn't ask for better. And in the many years I've been dealing with the service department, they've always done an excellent job caring for my vehicles. The service consultants have always been helpful and efficient, and the service technicians have kept me well-satisfied and my vehicles well-maintained. There have been too many to mention and thank individually, but at my latest service experience, I'd give Kevin Price and Lance Dillon, the service consultants, the highest marks. Lastly, Michael Davis, the Service Technician, really impressed me. I had a tire blow-out, and limped into service with the mini-spare mounted instead. When I left with a new tire mounted, I noticed that he had very neatly restored the mini-spare and tire-changing tools to their original location in the rear storage area, exactly as in their original condition. It was a nice touch, and one that didn't go unnoticed. It's one of the many reasons why I continue to return to buy new vehicles and have them serviced. Call me "One Happy Customer". More
