I bought my 2012 MazdaSpeed3 from you guys and it was the best decision I made since marrying my wife ten years ago.She go at Suburban Mazda of Troy. I was stunned when I came in for my 5000 mile service. With the coupons I received in the mail, it was cheaper than an oil change at those quick change shops. And when I brought my wife's CX-7 in for service, they showed me the same courtesy and professionalism even though her vehicle was not purchased at your dealership. I've told a couple of co-workers that they made a big mistake buying Fords last year and all I've heard from them about their vehicles, an Escape and Focus, is complaints. And the service they've received is sorely lacking. I spread the word about your outstanding dealership to whoever will listen and look forward to a long and lasting relationship keeping this Mazda family on the road. Her considerable efforts to work around my hectic schedule are greatly appreciated. She has established a level of trust by being straightforward and honest in terms of the servicing of my vehicle. While she always makes the appropriate recommendations in terms of 'upselling', I never feel overly pressured or as if I'm being manipulated. This is a trait to be valued in your industry. Our experience at Suburban Mazda was fantastic! My wife wanted to get a new car and despite our difficult schedules, Jane Demulder was kind enough to actually bring the car to our house. We were so happy with this great service that I even took my own used car out to them and they bought it from me--no listing my car on scary public websites. However, there were a couple times I stopped in where they were not available at the moment. This is where Mike and Derrick jumped in to ensure everything flowed smoothly. Also impressed with Matt and Che's product knowledge, but also their ability to let the products speak for themselves in regard to our specific needs. The lack of high-pressure sales tactics kept the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Although my wife ultimately purchased a different make of vehicle (only because the specific model itself met her needs a little more), she actually expressed remorse she wasn't buying here, only because she was so impressed with the quality of this dealership compared to the one she was working with. She was not like many sales person I have known for over 20 years. My husband don't speak much English and she kept cool and tried to understand what he wanted. She suggested a car with low miles and price to fit out budget. She was the best Sales person we worked with who care what the customer need was, not just adding another sale to her list. We highly appreciated for all her help and understanding to get a good car for our family. Her manager was very nice and pleasant to work with too.
