I am grateful for how he ha service Che Shaydak gave me after reading about my experience at this dealership. This is how you work with customers! I am grateful for how he handled this. When I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore, I was told that the main issue with it was that an O2 sensor needed to be replaced. I also learned that some mechanical controls weren't working in it as well once I test drove it. It turned out there was an oil leak AND a coolant leak that they didn't tell me about. I found out about it when I took it into a repair shop to have the O2 sensor repaired. While it took a bad experience with some management at the dealership to get it resolved, Che Shaydak called me, apologized for my experience, and went above and beyond for me when others hadn't. Thank you so much, Che! You turned this one-star review into 5 stars because you took my concern seriously and treated me with respect. More
