When I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore, I was told that the main issue with it was that an O2 sensor needed to be replaced. I also learned that some mechanical controls weren't working in it as well once I test drove it. It turned out there was an oil leak AND a coolant leak that they didn't tell me about. I found out about it when I took it into a repair shop to have the O2 sensor repaired. While it took a bad experience with some management at the dealership to get it resolved, Che Shaydak called me, apologized for my experience, and went above and beyond for me when others hadn't. Thank you so much, Che! You turned this one-star review into 5 stars because you took my concern seriously and treated me with respect. More

Chris Clark helped me out with a difficult out of state purchase. I got a really quality car with no issues and no hassle. About an hour after I got the car I realized it was missing the handle to adjust t purchase. I got a really quality car with no issues and no hassle. About an hour after I got the car I realized it was missing the handle to adjust the seat! This is an “as-is” car so any other place would have said no to fixing it. But Chris and Suburban of Farmington Hills went above and beyond and told me to bring it back so they can fix it. It’s a minor fix but a huge gesture! I recommend contacting Chris at Suburban Imports for any in state or out of state purchases!!Also I work on the phones all day so it is hard for me to take calls and Chris accommodated by texting me and answering any questions I had with a quick response. 5 stars !
