Even though I thought I knew what vehicle I wanted, the choices Ross and Lydia were very helpful when it came time to trade in my 2008 Nissan Rouge. But i am not happy with Financial Services. They gave me the promotional rate 0.9%. That was awesome. But they have pulled my credit check for 3 times which is not acceptable. Nissan Financial is providing the loan, so they have to pull the record just 1 time. I have checked with Jared and Lydia about the number of hard check and they told me they are going to pull the record one time. But they did 3 times. I am not happy with the answer provided by Mike Barker - "Financial Service Manager". I strongly prefer Jared Elliott to work with and also Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. I am not happy with the financial services, otherwise i would have given rating 5/5 More

2015 Murano I purchased my first Nissan Murano in 2005 from Tamaroff Nissan. I had a good experience so when it came time to replace the vehicle I of course went I purchased my first Nissan Murano in 2005 from Tamaroff Nissan. I had a good experience so when it came time to replace the vehicle I of course went back to the same place where, unfortunately I was treated like a burden when I began to ask questions. After 3 trips and realizing I was being cornered into buying a vehicle that was “all they had on the lot” I called Suburban. They had the exact model I was seeking, which was the model I had requested from Tamaroff but was told it didn’t exist anywhere in Michigan. I set up an appointment and went to Suburban the first two people I met were Lydia and Christian and they couldn’t have been more welcoming and professional. The car was pulled up and Christian went on to explain the particulars of the model. A test drive later it was clear Christian was a friendly guy and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Eagerly willing to answer any question or arrange for other examples. The model I ended up leasing was the exact vehicle I was seeking. The trade-in was fair and although slightly lower than Tamaroff - Christian and Lydia worked things out and met the price offered by Tamaroff! And went on to beat the monthly rate offered as well! I could not be happier. It’s clear that if Christian continues on the path that he has set he will be very successful in the chosen profession. I will no doubt return to Suburban when it comes time to renew and I will certainly request to have Christian sell me the next vehicle. More
