"Our second Rogue"

Wonderful experience from the minute we walked in until we left following our tutorial. The original intent was to have the oil changed and we walked out with a new Rogue. Our sales rep. Worked hard to find the best deal,, as we were enjoyed our first Rogue. Our lease was due in the spring, but we got an early holiday present.

"Worst Servicing"

I recently visited Suburban Nissan Service center to do my 3rd servicing of Nissan Rogue (2016). Just to change OIL & replacing air filter, cabin filter they charged me 172$. They not even told me the estimate of servicing. Service rep handed over key to me in less than 20 mins. service was very bad; no vacuum, washing was not proper. I could see dirt everywhere under viper, backside of my vehicle. I never go back to this service center. These guys are cheaters

"An oil change at premium pricing should be some complicated"

Beware of the claim for Express Service. On multiple times I've been told that an oil change would take over two hours and that I should make an appointment. When I phone to make an appointment, I'm told it is not necessary (that is when I don't get disconnected while being on hold indefinitely).

"High cost of service"

I went in for the CVT service. This ended up costing $330. They charged me $175 just for the transmission fluid. This seems rather excessive for 8 quarts (max). The only reason that I agreed to have it done is because those CVTs are so fragile that I only want Nissan working on it (I'm on my second one). I'll keep going there for oil changes (around $38), but the rest of their services are just over-priced. On the upside, everyone there is very friendly and professional.

"In and out quickly, do not try to sell service "

The dealership gets you in quickly, explains service, and does not try to sell you service you don't need, only service you do need, I am a former auto mechanic before becoming a Lawyer, and know the difference. This is a very honest dealership.
