From start to finish this was the most pleasant buying experience I have had with a local dealership. I called Brian with my budget and a vague idea of what I thought I wanted. He listened to the things I believe to be important to me in a new vehicle and went above and beyond to find the right car for. Even when it meant getting me in a car that was in an affiliate dealership down the street. At the end of the sales process he went over the different warranty options and what I felt was important to invest in. I trusted his opinion and went with the wheel and tire protection plan and thankfully I did. With Michigan pot holes I had a blown tire and the insurance worked great to cover the repair and new rim. I highly recommend him to friends and family and look forward to going to him in the future for my next car buying experience because of his professionalism and loyalty to putting the customer first.
