Unlike another local dealership I visited, the salespeople at Suburban Subaru were attentive and ready to assist (without being pushy) from the moment I first stepped inside the showroom. I also liked the selection of inventory that Suburban Subaru had on hand; for the model and trim I chose, there were three different vehicles already on the lot. Staff were highly knowledgeable about the models I was interested in and took the time to thoroughly answer my questions. It was a pleasure working with them. The only criticism I have is that the sale of extended coverage felt somewhat high pressure. For the amount of the additional cost involved, I would have appreciated having time to think about it rather than make a decision right on the spot. I think the options available could have been provided to me prior to closing. Lesson learned, and I will insist on more lead time in the future. More
