Back and forth over price, pushing to buy something same day etc. My deal on a Highlander fell through at Ann Arbor Toyota and Suburban Toyota had the same vehicle. I called Don based on his great reviews and he took care of me, not one hiccup. Fair price, no pushing for options / warranties, he knew I just wanted the vehicle and he made it happen. We handled everything over the phone, text and email, I just met him to sign the paperwork. Thanks Don, great working with you. More

I needed an AWD bc our van has only front wheel drive and was tired of slipping in the icy winters. Yvette Speight, the salesperson who worked with me, was wonderful. She listened attentively to my needs and helped me to select the car that I have now. She knows her product and was able to give me helpful suggestions and reasons to consider when buying my car. When I reached my 5,000 miles and brought the RAV for servicing, Damon was very accommodating with my busy and full work schedule. Once at the service, I was able to put a name with a face. Pleasant as always even though he was busy but efficient. Again, every time that I've worked with Surburban, all the employees there have been extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would I buy another car from there even though I don't live in that city, YES! More
