Before I settled on a car, I shopped around the troy motor mall looking for low prices. Unfortunately, before Toyota, I felt like I was taken advantage of. Lazer made the process enjoyable! Typically shopping for cars and dealing with salespeople are not enjoyable experiences in my opinion. Lazer Volaj and the team at Suburban Toyota changed all of that. My husband and I were shopping for a used RAV4 to replace our 2010 Toyota Corolla (also purchased from Suburban Toyota). Lazer worked with us, considered what was important to us and provided us with options we had not considered. A low mileage lease with option to buy made a beautiful brand new Barcelona Red 2017 RAV 4 affordable and allowed us to consider a vehicle we may not have considered otherwise. Logen Romain took the time to explain the finance options and answered our many questions. Lazer was very personable and made the process fun and stress free with no high pressure sales techniques. I would highly recommend working with Lazer Volaj if you are considering a vehicle. More

My first brand new car I was very nervous buying a new car. I always had used vechiles. When I met Leng she made me feel that I was her only priority. She took her time a I was very nervous buying a new car. I always had used vechiles. When I met Leng she made me feel that I was her only priority. She took her time and explained the features in the vechile. When I thought the car had a brake issue she went with me and reassured me that everything was okay. She was very detailed to explain the price, coverage, and fit me in the car I wanted. The experience was excellent!!! Especially seeing that this was my first car!!! More
