The follow though of upper management staff was awful as they did not return of follow up on customer issues at all. Poor customer service. And car was returned to us very dirty on the inside.

I purchased a 2015 Nissan Rogue SL from Chuck Cavanaro. This is my second Nissan that I've purchased from Chuck. My experience was very good. Chuck is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out all of the features and benefits. He addressed all of my concerns and followed through. Even after the sale, Chuck spent time with me to review the vehicle and set up my phone. Ned Daly spent a lot of time with me as well to review financing and protection plans. I felt that everyone wanted to ensure my satisfaction and not just rush me though to get to the next customer. Thanks everyone!
