Updated review: Mixed experiences with this dealership. Day of buying experience was great. In/out in a few hours. Drove home with my car. Had to go back 3 times to get paperwork for registration/inspectio Day of buying experience was great. In/out in a few hours. Drove home with my car. Had to go back 3 times to get paperwork for registration/inspection to be processed. I had a lot of patience waiting for the title to get sorted out. Things happen. Was promised a full tank of gas, detailed cleaning and interior protection to make up for the inconvenience. They provided a rental car for 1.5 weeks while they waited to fix the paperwork and get the inspection completed. Called in the morning to see if my car was ready. Was told yes and I could come get it. Pick it up, registration is done, car detail, interior protection and full tank of gas is not done. Asked about it and noone was able to help or answer questions. Was told to call the salesperson who sold me the car. I had things to do and couldnt wait around the dealership. I was unable to get a hold of him on the phone all day. Finally got a hold of him and he put the wrong day down of when I was picking up the car. I had already spent several trips to the dealership to pick up paperwork and a rental. They had my car a full 1.5 weeks to get everything sorted. Was told I can come back and they will do it, however I dont want to waste another half day waiting at the dealership. Still no reply from the salesperson. Will not be returning to the dealership. I do not recommend this dealership. More
