EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP! ! I had car troubles on the Mass Pike on my way to Plymouth in my 14 year, 82,000 mi Toyota Corolla. Searched, found this dealership. I was able to ! I had car troubles on the Mass Pike on my way to Plymouth in my 14 year, 82,000 mi Toyota Corolla. Searched, found this dealership. I was able to drop off the car for an emergency check-up, problem ID and fix. I was also able to rent a car from them. All on the fly. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. While identifying the problem, they performed their 120 point check up. I was very concerned that being from out of state, and “just stopping in with a problem,” I would be taken to the cleaners. NOT THE CASE! These folks were honest, caring, knowledgeable, kind. The car sailed through the 120 points perfectly (I do absolutely maintain my cars), and the problem was simply the heat shield that had lost a couple of screws. Car fixed by noon the next day. The rental car was reasonable, the repair was very reasonable. 14 months later, I have just traded that Corolla in on a new RAV at this dealership. I feel they gave me great trade-in value as well as a great sale price on the new RAV. As a new Massachusetts resident, I was amazed that I left that evening driving my new car home. The dealership handled every detail of the transaction that afternoon - this would never happen in New York State! I have a perfect, gorgeous new RAV with only 60 miles on the odometer in my garage. This is a great dealership for repair, maintenance, purchase and finance. More
