We were offered assistance as soon as we stepped in the building. We were driving a test car within 15 minutes and since we knew what we wanted we went straight to the paperwork. I never shoped for a car before and I felt this was a good experience for my first time. After leaving the lot I felt like I made a good decision and got a good deal.
