Happy Customer I had to come in on short notice, for an issue with my car. I got in right away. When I brought in my daughter's car, that is only used sporadically during the year as she is in college, I thought I might face a number of issues. Turns out they did a comprehensive all points check and put on a new inspection center, and I was good to go. More

Follow up and communication timely! 7:30 in the morning, I called Patty explained I was in a tow trunk heading to Sullivan Brothers. She and the check in lady were there to meet me and help me! I had a medical procedure that morning at the hospital. Patty arranged a ride with a very nice and helpful gal driving that morning in the pouring rain and cold. The shuttle driver and Patty arranged to have me picked up at the hospital after my procedure. When I was returned to Sullivan Brothers Patty was able to tell me what was needed and the cost and time to repair. I needed a rent a car Patty and the wonderful lady handling the loaners and rent a cars were amazing and very helpful.. Patty and the other two ladies are a true asset to the Sullivan Brothers service department 5 stars for all of them! Thank you, Kathy Tracey More

Saved from Buyer’s Remorse by the dealer My salesman was nice, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me. Nevertheless, I too quickly bought a used Camry. After a few days I realized it was too bi My salesman was nice, knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me. Nevertheless, I too quickly bought a used Camry. After a few days I realized it was too big for me. I talked to my salesman about exchanging it for a new Corolla. I had paid cash for the Camry but he recommended leasing the Corolla for 3 years. I was quite upset and quickly signed the lease deal he recommended. It turned out to be a terrible deal—$5,000 down and $499 a month for 3 years! When I got home and wanted to look at the paper work for the lease I found the salesman had forgotten to give me the paperwork. I had paid $19,000 in cash for the used Camry and would have much preferred adding money to the $19,000 for the new Corolla. I was not given that option. More
