My wife was looking for a new car and we stopped at Sullivan Brothers to look. Our salesperson (Tom Joyce) was as pleasant as could be, he describe all the things we needed to know and gave us several Sullivan Brothers to look. I'm not sure how many people really enjoy going to a dealership to buy a car and having salesmen swarm about as soon as your car pulls into the lot. I have to say that dealing with Tom Joyce was a diff dealership to buy a car and having salesmen swarm about as soon as your car pulls into the lot. I have to say that dealing with Tom Joyce was a different, more pleasurable, experience than I anticipated. He was very attentive to my needs without being overbearing. He understood exactly what I was looking for in a used vehicle and at what price range and did not try to talk me into something more expensive or beyond my needs. For the first time in my life, I have to say car shopping was pleasurable and I have Tom to thank for that. I usually hate the entire car buying experience but I was pleasently surprised at how relaxed and satisfying buying my Camry was. Tom, the salesman knew his stuff.
