I was charged $245 for a simple diagnostic, and was told I would need a $4000 repair. When I got there, the claim showed the repair would cost $1000 (similar to online prices), and Craig panicked and said t I would need a $4000 repair. I feel I was taken advantage of in my bill. Came in for oil change and tire rotation using your special off of $95. Got charged for a tire rotation.
