I had a check list of items that I wanted service to look at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a at/repair in addition to routine maintenance on my 2021 XT5.When my car was “Completed” and keys were returned I realized that I had not been given a receipt or completed work order so I requested one. Upon receipt I realized that no routine maintenance had been done nor had all of my check list items been completed. The only thing that I had been made aware of was a $400+ sensor that needed to be replaced. When asked about my high beam lights I was told that I would need to bring the car in when it was dark so that they could take it on the road 🤦🏽‍♀️. Needless to say I was not pleased with the service that I received. I have been a customer since 2012 and have never had such poor service as I had on this visit. Based on this visit I would not recommend this service center although past experiences were much better. More

Within 24 hours I was able to select the car that I wanted at the price I wanted with discounts, a good trade-in value on my current vehicle, and had the car delivered right to my house. Serviced my car for an oil change and a 4 wheel alignment. Waited for it as service rep indicated it would only take an hour and a half.
