Another salesman, Mike, who didn’t even sell us the car went above and beyond for my kids. My youngest fell and scraped her knees while I was test driving the car I purchased. He gave her a pink toy car to help ease and distract from the pain. I had two other kids and when I returned the next day for my ceramic coating, he gave me two more toy cars for my other children since he didn’t have any more the day before and felt bad that they didn’t get one. The extra mile the staff took to make sure we felt appreciated for our business and not just another customer is why I would be a returning customer and recommend this dealership. More

Mike Dallett was my salesman not Ms. Perez who was rude and dismissive to Mr. Dallett in front of me the customer. The paperwork has some false information on it, incorrect dates and mil Perez who was rude and dismissive to Mr. Dallett in front of me the customer. The paperwork has some false information on it, incorrect dates and mileage listed on the sale and vehicle. I pointed it out to the person who presented it to me but it didn’t get corrected. I normally don’t leave reviews but in this case I have chosen to make the exception. In conclusion it’s obvious that all customers don’t get this kind of sales experience. Very disappointing. More
