Brought my SUV in for scheduled oil change, had to wait at the counter for quite a while for one of the employees to acknowledge that I was there. Someone entered the service area from another area and started the sign in process. This person was courteous , but had to pass me on to one of the staff that had computer terminal access. Would have given five stars, but initial wait, then two-hour wait for vehicle seemed unwarranted. More
