Erik has been phenomenal to work wit. This young man is going places. Sullivan Cadillac should do either can to hold on to him. Everyone at Sullivan has been great. To mention a few- Joey Frampton sent me a video of the car I was interested in on-line and eventually bought it when I came in. Rich Gruber, sales manager, was a gentleman all the way. Enoch Mikkell, finance, was both efficient and personal at the same time. Today I had a wonderful experience with the service department, John. I traded my 2017 Escalade (also bought at Sullivan) for a new 2026. ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT! Still have a lot to learn about it. Big differences in technology since 2017, but everyone y been awesome with taking my calls and walking me through it! More

Reached out about a car Sullivan had on their lot. Joey was excellent. Got us the deal we wanted and was even able to negotiate the interest rate for our loan since we purchased on a holiday and our c Joey was excellent. Got us the deal we wanted and was even able to negotiate the interest rate for our loan since we purchased on a holiday and our credit union was closed. We live 2 hours away. He had everything ready to go and we were in and out in about 2.5 hours (this included test drive and smart car feature set up). Thanks again Joey!!! More
